We continued with Statistical models; Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, KNN, Classification and Regression Trees (CART)
Week5 (Nov 28, 2018)
Statistical models were introduced and Principle Components Analysis (PCA), Multidimensional Scaling (MDS), K-Means, Hierarchical Clustering were reviewed.
Week4 (Nov 14, 2018)
Shiny package was exercised this week. Besides, we gave a start to our group term project. As homework, we make some anaylsis on aggreageted ODD data. Assignment4
Week3 (Oct 31, 2018)
This week we reviewed ggplot & lubridate packages and as ODD homework part 2, in order to aggregate monthly ODD datas, we merged our code to main file. Assignment3
Week2 (Oct 17, 2018)
In this week’s assignment, we downloaded data from ODD website and read it with readxl function, civilized the data and made some analysis on the data. Assignment2
